All orders are subject to cancellation until they are dispatched. If you have paid for your order and need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours. You cannot cancel once packing and shipping have started.
Please Note:
- If your order has been processed, you cannot cancel or change it, so please contact us as soon as possible.
- If you insist on cancelling/modifying the processing order, you may be charged 50% of the payment amount.
- If your order has been shipped, nothing can be changed.
